## About the Training Event

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way accounting firms operate—driving efficiency, enhancing client service, and enabling data-driven decision-making. But how do you move from interest to action?
Join Heather Satterley for a candid fireside chat with Eric Zhou, Chief Accounting Officer at Brex, as they explore how accounting professionals can take their first steps with AI. Eric will share his insights on how AI is being used across the finance function at Brex, how to identify low-risk starting points for implementation, and why experimentation is key. This session will leave you with practical guidance and a clearer understanding of how to explore AI in your firm—without needing to be a tech expert.
Whether you're curious about AI’s potential or looking for a roadmap to adoption, this conversation will provide actionable takeaways to help you get started.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

- **Identify key use cases for artificial intelligence in accounting and advisory firms**, including automation of repetitive tasks and enhanced financial analysis.
- **Evaluate potential entry points for AI adoption**, considering factors like risk, client impact, and ease of implementation.
- **Describe the mindset and strategies needed to lead successful AI initiatives**, including experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
