Social Sponsorship

Conference Wide Event

We will promote your exclusive, conference-wide event to everyone attending Scaling New Heights. We will assist you with venue selection and budgeting around food and beverage, and will consult with you, upon request, about the theme of your event. Additionally, we will promote your event through the conference website, email drops to conference attendees, the conference app, and announcements from the main stage during the conference. This highly visible and high-impact event is a great way to drive booth traffic (e.g., to pick up event passes or drink tickets), differentiate yourself during the show, and generate leads.

Special Event Sponsorships

During the conference, we provide opportunities to host an event for specific attendee segments like Woodard members, instructors, Top 50 CAS practices, first-time attendees, or large firms. Sponsors of these special events receive branding on the conference website and other conference materials, and an opportunity to address attendees.

Private Social

 Private socials range from 10 to 50 attendees and can take the form of a “Happy Hour” just before dinner time, or an evening event in one of the on-site amenities. Promote your event from your booth with drink tickets, or VIP invitations as they are limited in the number of attendees you can host. All social events with more than 10 participants must be coordinated through the events team.
