About the Training Event

The six weeks leading up to busy season offer accounting professionals a valuable opportunity to prepare their team and their practice before the pressure of annual work begins. The key is knowing what can realistically be improved before the end of the year and what should wait until after the rush is over.

In this session, you’ll learn practical ways to improve productivity and prepare the team for the months ahead. We’ll also explore which technology changes can reasonably be implemented before busy season and which may create more disruption than benefit.

Attendees will leave with a practical framework to help them decide what to improve now, what to defer and where a few focused changes can make the biggest difference for the practice, the team and clients.

By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify practice improvements that can realistically be completed during the six weeks before busy season.

  2. Evaluate technology and process changes based on implementation effort, immediate value and potential disruption.

  3. Draft a six-week preparation plan that ranks workflow and team changes to complete before busy season and changes to defer until after it.
