General Questions

The conference begins Sunday, September 20th, doors open at 8:00 AM. We will have a First Time Attendees Orientation 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM followed by the Annual "Joe Woodard Brunch" ($35/Person) 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. Breakout sessions will begin at Noon and Main Stage will be 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

The conference will end on Wednesday, September 23rd at 6pm.

You are not committed to attending only one track and, in fact, we encourage you to select classes from the entire schedule that best serve your training needs. We do request you register for each breakout session through the attendee portal which gives us the ability to prepare each breakout room for the appropriate number of attendees. The attendee portal is for registered attendees only and is currently not available.
Intuit certifications - QuickBooks Online Accountant. In addition, you can explore a wide range of virtual training options at accountant.intuit.com

We are working in cooperation with Intuit to offer certification preparation training to ProAdvisors. This year’s conference will offer QuickBooks Online Advanced and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions certification preparation courses. If you want to prepare for other QuickBooks certification exams like the basic QuickBooks Online certification exam or the basic QuickBooks Desktop certification exam, we encourage you to do so through the on-demand courses in the certification center within QuickBooks Online Accountant. 

Note: Since most attendees of Scaling New Heights are certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, we offer a wide range of highly advanced, post-certification courses on QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

Scaling New Heights is refundable through 07/20/2020 with a $50 administrative fee, the registration is transferable to another attendee through 08/31/2020 with a $50 administrative fee or from 9/1/2020 - 9/8/2020 subject to a $100 administrative fee.     
The registration is not transferable after 9/8/2020. If you registered before April 1st, 2020, your $50 cancellation fee is waved through July 20, 2020.
Registration can be transferred to another attendee through 08/31/2020 with a $50  administrative fee or from 9/1/2020 - 9/8/2020 subject to a $100 administrative fee.  The Registration may not be transferred after 9/8/2020.  If you would like to transfer your registration to another attendee, send an email request to info@woodard.com.

Your registration for Scaling New Heights 2020 included in your Woodard Empowerment Program purchased at Scaling New Heights 2019 can be transferred to the remote option at no additional cost. Please let our team know by September 1, 2020 if you would like to transfer from on premise to the remote option by emailing us at info@woodard.com.

We will need to know by September 1, 2020 if you would like to switch from an on-premise attendee to a remote attendee (or vice versa). You can make that change by emailing us at info@woodard.com.

Yes, you can. We will even honor the price you originally paid for Scaling New Heights 2020.

On-Premise Experience

We will host Scaling New Heights 2020 at the Orlando World Center Mariott located at 8701 World Center Drive Orlando, Florida 32821. You can learn more about the location for Scaling New Heights 2020 by clicking here.

There is ample parking for Orlando World Center Marriott Hotel guests, but extremely limited for non-guests. Attendees who are not hotel guests are strongly encouraged to utilize the overflow parking lot. Hotel Guest: Self parking is $24 per day self parking, $35 per day Valet parking per 24 hours.

Your registration covers an afternoon snack and a Welcome Social (in the Exhibit Hall) on Sunday. Your registration also includes two meals per day Monday through Wednesday (breakfast and lunch). Light afternoon snacks are provided Monday through Wednesday afternoons.

From the Orlando International Airport, the hotel is approximately 17 miles one way. 
Driving Directions from the airport:  Take the South exit from the airport to Greenway Tollroad South (Rt. 417).  Take Exit 6 (536 East), go through 2 lights and the hotel will be on the right.  
Mears Transportation offers shuttle from Orlando International Airport to the hotel.  Fee is $22 one-way Estimated Taxi Fare:  $55 one-way Uber & Lyft also available

Yes. On-premise attendees can earn up to 30 credit hours of CPE during the conference.

Remote Experience

Yes, we recommend that remote attendees download and use the conference app during Scaling New Heights. The app will allow you to participate in gamification activities, connect with peers & sponsors as well as enter session keywords for CPE credit.

Yes. Remote attendees can earn up to 30 credit hours of CPE during the conference.

Yes. The chat feature will be available through your conference app.

Yes, we will post the list of breakout sessions that are available for remote attendees before the conference starts.

We will select breakout sessions for the remote option based on the on-premise session level selection.

There will be guided tours of the Exhibit Floor daily that remote attendee can sign up for and participate it. A schedule of these tours will be made available prior to the conference and will highlight which booths on the Exhibit Floor will be visited.

The registration cost is $795 per person.
