Woodard Summit officially kicks off on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, with on-site check-in from 5:00 - 6:00 PM, and dinner with a Keynote presentation by Joe Woodard from 6-8 PM.

Tip: If your schedule allows, arriving Tuesday is even better so you can settle in, attend the optional Mindset Workshop, and start Summit refreshed.
When does the Summit end?
Saturday evening, November 7, 2026, with a closing keynote and dinner from 6-7:30 PM.
Is anything happening early in the day on the 5th or is that a good day to fly?
Why should I stay until Sunday?
On Saturday afternoon you will optionally work to fine tune your strategic plan, with support from our coaches and subject matter experts. Then, Woodard Summit concludes with a Saturday evening dinner and event recap. Staying through Sunday morning allows you to maximize your experience. Be sure you don’t miss hanging out with everyone at the lobby bar, and by everyone, that means members, coaches, subject matter experts and Joe Woodard!
What is the Pre-Summit Mindset Workshop?
Take ownership of your mindset and strategic planning at Woodard Summit with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
If you’re arriving early, join us for this powerful workshop on Wednesday, November 4th from 1:00 - 5:00 PM. Early on-site Summit check-in is available to workshop participants. This workshop is open to all Woodard Summit participants at no additional cost. Pre-registration is required.

When is the latest day to book my hotel room?
The nightly rate at The Scottsdale Resort and Spa is $279 per night plus a $20 resort fee per night and $3 housekeeping fee per night (for a total of $302 plus tax per night). Click here to view all lodging information, including alternate hotels.
What is the nightly rate at the event location?
Is the resort fee waived at the Scottsdale Resort & Spa?
At the Scottsdale Resort & Spa, the resort fee and housekeeping fee is discounted for those in our hotel block, but not fully waived.
Group room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable resort fees. Therefore, in addition to the group room rates, there will be a daily resort fee, currently $20.00 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax. Resort fees include:
- Guest internet access
- 15% La Fogata Dinner discount
- 10% Discount on Select Luna Spa Services
- 2-Hour Bike Rentals
- Fitness/Yoga classes
Note: The $5.00/night Bellman fee is waived (so please be sure to tip bell services!) and the mandatory housekeeping fee is $3.00/night.
How much does parking cost onsite?
Parking fees are $15 per car per day.

Note: Guests staying at these hotels will secure their own transportation to and from the summit venue.
Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): 7-10 miles, 15–25-minute drive to/from the resort.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
There is no hotel shuttle to/from the airport. Please arrange your own transportation to and from the hotel.

Will I be in sessions with other firms like mine?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Prior to 8/15/26, Registration is refundable, less a $50 administration fee
8/15/26 – 9/14/26: Registration is refundable, less a $300 administration fee
9/15/2026 - 9/30/2026, Registration is refundable, less a $600 administration fee
10/1/26 or later, Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Members at the Advantage and Premium levels will be charged an administrative cancellation fee of $600/per person.
Note: Administration fees and cancellation fees are due at the time of cancellation, even for members whose membership level includes one or more passes to Woodard Summit. We recommend securing travel insurance to mitigate the cost of late cancellation.
Will there be an option to attend virtually?
There is no virtual option for Woodard Summit. It is an on-premises event only.
