Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
For those traveling to our event in Dallas, the main airport serving the area is the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport (DFW). From DFW, it typically takes 20-25 minutes to reach the Westin Stonebriar Hotel.
If you're flying with Southwest Airlines, note that their terminal is at the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). Expect a travel time of around 30-35 minutes from DAL to the Westin Stonebriar Hotel.
Is anything happening early in the day on the 13th or is that a good day to fly?
Tuesday or Wednesday are both excellent days to fly in and get settled and take advantage of the resort amenities. If you prefer to have some R&R before Summit, arrive on Tuesday and take advantage of Woodard's group hotel rate. Summit registration opens at 6 pm Wednesday and our evening gathering begins at 7 pm.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Uber/Lyft, Private Shuttle, or Airport Car Rental.
Why should I stay until Sunday?
On Saturday afternoon you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet one-on-one with the Woodard Practice Advancement Coach to discuss your next steps.
- Brainstorm with your peers after hours to put the finishing touches on your Practice Advancement Plan.
- Cap it all off with a final hoorah with your colleagues on Saturday night or a good restful night's sleep!

Will there be an option to attend virtually?
There is no virtual option. Woodard Summit is a highly interactive, elite gathering of small business advisors and is a powerful way to build meaningful, profitable, professional relationships with your peers.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Woodard Summit registration is refundable, less a $300 administration fee until 8/31/2024 due at the time of cancellation. From 9/1/2024 - 10/15/2024, a Woodard Summit registration is refundable, less a $600 administration fee due at the time of cancellation.
- The member's discount credit will be issued back to be used for Summit 2025 after the cancellation fee is paid.
- In order to have your member discount credit issued back to you, you must cancel before 10/15/2024.
- If you register for the event and don't notify us of cancellation by 10/16/24 or do not attend, you will be responsible for a $600 administration fee and you will forfeit your member credit
What should I bring with me?
Bring your laptop and a great attitude! We'll work hard, have fun, and still have time to relax.
Will I be in sessions with other firms like mine?
As much as possible, your small group time will be with firms of a similar size to yours.
When does the Summit begin?
We suggest you arrive before 5 pm on Wednesday, November 13th. Registration opens at 6 pm with a welcome dinner from 7-9 pm. The Summit begins Thursday morning at 8 am, with breakfast at 7:00 am.
When does the summit end?
The Summit ends in the evening of Saturday, November 16th, with a closing Keynote and dinner
What is the cost of registration?
Woodard Summit is $1195 to attend. You may qualify for discounts based on your Woodard membership level.
You must be an active member at the associate level or above to attend.
When is the registration deadline?
Please remember this event has limited seating. The registration deadline is October 9, 2024, or when we reach capacity, whichever comes first. Although you can register for the Summit up until 10/9/24, the hotel room block closes on 10/22/24, or when sold out, whichever comes first.
