Woodard Workshops Overview

About our workshops

Woodard Institute workshops are 4-week programs, which meet once a week for a 2-hour class. Some workshops also include optional study hall sessions for open Q&A with the instructor.  Workshops are designed to drill down on a specific topic and give you the support and traction to implement the skill or topic into your practice. *Some workshops may have a course prerequisite.

In this workshop, you will define exactly what your ideal client looks like into a profile that encompasses niche, target market, personality, leadership styles, and most importantly, alignment with your vision. You'll use tools to score your current client base against your ideal and develop a plan to curate your base to perfection.

STRATEGIC PRICING

Woodard Institute's "Strategic Pricing Workshop" is designed specifically for accountants, bookkeepers, and small business advisors with the goal of equipping them to effectively and strategically price bookkeeping, accounting, and advisory services.  This program includes weekly sessions, optional study halls, practice, client-facing exercises, and peer-to-peer interaction.

2 ten-week course credits per subscription year
1 credit that can be applied to a four-week Workshop or a Powerday
Weekly ACT (Accountability, Collaboration, and Traction) cohort meetings
