What is the Mears Connect Shuttle service?
The Mears Connect Shuttle offers shared ride shuttle transportation to and from the airport, serving various area hotels, including the Orlando World Center Marriott.
What is the cost of the shuttle service?
The fare for the shuttle is $16 each way or $32 for a round trip.

What Is The Registration Deadline?
The registration deadline is June 9 or until we sell out, whichever comes first. If you plan to attend, we strongly encourage you to secure your seat as early as possible.
When Is The Last Day To Book My Reservation Within The Conference Hotel Block?
The cutoff date for reserving a room within the conference hotel block is May 24, 2024.
Wait List Instructions
CAUTION: if you select a waitlisted reservation, there are one or more nights currently not available. There is a high probability that we will obtain more rooms. You will receive a new acknowledgment within five business days should your waitlisted reservation be confirmed. If we are unable to clear your reservation, you will be contacted to discuss alternative accommodations.

Who Should I Contact With Questions?
Will CPE Be Offered?
Up to 27 CPE credits will be available for Scaling New Heights attendees. For Enrolled Agents, you can earn up to 14 CE credits across 10 unique tax related breakout sessions.
CPE and CE credit will be granted to individuals who attend a session for a minimum of 50 minutes and check-into each breakout via the mobile conference app. Note that CPE credit will not be granted for overlapping or simultaneous sessions. CPE and CE certificates will be emailed directly to attendees approximately two weeks after the conference ends.
Will There Be An Option To Attend Virtually?
Scaling New Heights 2024 is an in-person event only.
Will I Receive A Confirmation Of My Registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after you successfully register. You will also receive a second email with your receipt. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk if the email is still not found please email info@woodard.com.
What Is The Cancellation Policy?
Your registration is refundable, less a nominal $50 administration fee until 2/29/24. Through 2/29/24 the registration is transferrable to another accountant or bookkeeper with the administrative fee waived. From 3/1/24- 5/31/24, the registration may be transferred to another accountant or bookkeeper with an administrative fee of $100. If you would like to transfer your registration to another attendee, send an email request to info@woodard.com.
Will Scooters Be Available For Rent During The Conference?

Where Can I Store My Luggage If I Plan To Check Out On Wednesday?
Attendees who are checking out on Wednesday and need to store their bags until they leave can bring their bags to Crystal Room J. The hotel will have bell services personnel in this room to provide storage of their bags.
