Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
Denver International Airport is 30 miles from the resort.
Is anything happening early in the day on the 18th or is that a good day to fly?
Tuesday or Wednesday are both excellent days to fly in and get settled and take advantage of the resort amenities. If you prefer to have some R&R before Summit, arrive on Tuesday and take advantage of Woodard's group hotel rate. Summit registration opens at 6 pm Wednesday and our evening gathering begins at 7 pm.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Uber/Lyft, Private Shuttle, or Airport Car Rental.
Why should I stay until Sunday?
On Saturday afternoon you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet one-on-one with the Woodard Practice Advancement Coach to discuss your next steps.
- Brainstorm with your peers after hours to put the finishing touches on your Practice Advancement Plan.
- Hear Joe’s closing keynote at dinner Saturday night, and
- Cap it all off with a final hoorah with your colleagues on Saturday night or a good restful night's sleep!

The Summit will be held at the beautiful Hilton Denver Inverness Resort
How much does parking cost onsite?
Self-parking is $15/day and Valet parking is $20/day. Tax is additional.
What is there to do around the venue?

- Adventure Vault (Bike Rentals/Skateboards/Outdoor Games, etc)
Will there be an option to attend virtually?
There is no virtual option. Woodard Summit is a highly interactive, elite gathering of small business advisors and is a powerful way to build meaningful, profitable, professional relationships with your peers.
What is the cancellation policy?
You must be an active member to attend.
Woodard Summit registration is refundable, less a nominal $100 administration fee until 9/30/23. The member's discount credit will be issued back to be used for Summit 2024.
From 10/01/23 - 10/16/2023, a Woodard Summit registration is refundable, less a nominal $400 administration fee. The member's discount credit will be issued back to be used for Summit 2024.
If you register for the event and choose not to attend without notifying us of cancellation by 10/16/23, your forfeit all payments
What should I bring with me?
Bring your laptop and a great attitude! We'll work hard, have fun, and still have time to relax.
Will I be in sessions with other firms like mine?
As much as possible, your small group time will be with firms of a similar size to yours.
When does the Summit begin?
We suggest you arrive before 5 pm on Wednesday. Registration opens at 6 pm with a welcome dinner from 7-9 pm. The Summit begins Thursday morning at 8 am, with breakfast at 7:00 am.
When does the summit end?
The Summit ends on Saturday evening, with a closing Keynote and dinner
What is the cost of registration?
Woodard Summit is $1195 to attend. You may qualify for discounts based on your Woodard membership level.
When is the registration deadline?
Please remember this event has limited seating. The registration deadline is October 9, 2023, or when we reach capacity, whichever comes first. Although you can register for the Summit up until 10/9/23, the hotel room block closes on 9/25, or when sold out, whichever comes first. If you register for Summit after the hotel block is closed you will have to reserve your room directly through the hotel, or at a nearby hotel, pending availability

When is the latest day to book my hotel room?
The hotel block closes on 9/25/23, or when sold out, whichever comes first.
Are there restaurants/bars on site?
Yes, the resort offers the Breckenridge Brewery, Fireside Bar and Grill, Garden Terrace, Coffee Bar, and a Food Truck, as well as in-room dining. In addition, the hotel is just 20 minutes from downtown restaurants/bars.
