Which Airport Should I Fly Into?
The closest airport is Charlotte Douglas Int Airport (CLT) (12 miles) . In addition, other nearby airports Concord Regional Airport (24 miles northeast), Greenville/Spartanburg (78 miles west), Columbia (CAE) (78.9 miles), and Greensboro/High Point (GSO) (89.1 miles).
Is anything happening early in the day on the 5th or is that a good day to fly?
Tuesday November 4th or Wednesday November 5th are both excellent days to fly in and get settled and take advantage of the resort amenities. If you prefer to have some R&R before Summit, arrive on Tuesday November 4th and take advantage of Woodard's group hotel rate. Summit registration opens at 6 pm Wednesday November 5th and our evening gathering begins at 7 pm.
How do I get from the airport to the resort?
Uber/Lyft, Private Shuttle, or Airport Car Rental.
Why should I stay until Sunday?
Since the event concludes after dinner on Saturday, staying until Sunday morning allows you to fully experience the closing keynote, participate in the entire event, and maximize networking opportunities with other attendees.

Will there be an option to attend virtually?
There is no virtual option. Woodard Summit is a highly interactive, elite gathering of small business advisors and is a powerful way to build meaningful, profitable, professional relationships with your peers.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Woodard Summit registration is refundable, less a $300 administration fee until 8/31/2025 due at the time of cancellation. From 9/1/2025 - 10/01/2025, a Woodard Summit registration is refundable, less a $600 administration fee due at the time of cancellation.
- The member's discount credit will be issued back to be used for Summit 2025 after the cancellation fee is paid.
- In order to have your member discount credit issued back to you or to receive a refund for any amounts you have paid, you must cancel before 10/01/2025.
- If you register for the event and don't notify us of cancellation by 10/01/2024 or do not attend, you will be responsible for a $600 administration fee and you will forfeit your member credit.

Will I be in sessions with other firms like mine?
The primary goal of group time is to focus on a specific practice objective. As much as possible, your small group time will also be with firms of a similar size to yours.
When does the Summit begin?
We suggest you arrive before 5 pm on Wednesday, November 5th. Registration opens at 6 pm with a welcome dinner from 7-9 pm. The Summit begins Thursday morning at 8 am, with breakfast at 7:00 am.
When does the Summit end?
The Summit ends in the evening of Saturday, November 8th
What is the cost of registration?
Woodard Summit is $1195 to attend. You may qualify for discounts based on your Woodard membership level.
You must be an active member at the Associate Level or above to attend.
When is the registration deadline?
Please remember this event has limited seating. The registration deadline is October 31, 2025, or when we reach capacity, whichever comes first. Although you can register for the Summit up until 10/31/25, the hotel room block closes on 10/04/25, or when sold out, whichever comes first.
