When Does The Conference Begin?
The conference officially begins Sunday, June 14, but there are Saturday activities for early arrivals. Join us for the Build-a-Bike Charity event, get checked in, and get settled into the hotel!

When Does The Conference End?
Is There A Conference App?
Yes, you can access the conference app through the app store on your mobile device. Search for "Woodard Events" the host company for Scaling New Heights.
Use the conference app to register for meetups, breakout sessions, walking tours, and more. Network with other attendees and plan your schedule.
What are the App Game Rules?
Attendees can earn points by completing eligible activities during the conference and within the conference app. These may include activities such as attending sessions, completing session evaluations, connecting with sponsors on the exhibit floor, and rating speakers or sponsors in the app.
You can start scoring points as early as May 1. After the conference ends, Woodard Events will review the final app leaderboard and verify point activity. The eligible attendee with the highest verified point total will receive the Grand Prize, and the eligible attendee with the second-highest verified point total will receive the Second Prize. Winners will be announced within 30 days after the end of the event.
Grand Prize
The Grand Prize includes:
- Airfare reimbursement of up to $500 for travel to and from the next scheduled Scaling New Heights event
- Four nights of hotel accommodations for the next scheduled Scaling New Heights event at the official conference hotel designated by Woodard Events, in a suite accommodation provided at the contracted attendee room rate
- One complimentary Plus-level registration for the next scheduled Scaling New Heights event
Second Prize
The Second Prize includes:
- Airfare reimbursement of up to $500 for travel to and from the next scheduled Scaling New Heights event
- One complimentary Plus-level registration for the next scheduled Scaling New Heights event

What is the Mears Connect Shuttle service?
The Mears Connect Shuttle offers shared ride shuttle transportation to and from the airport, serving various area hotels, including the Orlando World Center Marriott.

Note:
Please be aware that Mears shuttle makes multiple stops at area hotels. Consequently, it may not stop at the Orlando World Center Marriott first after leaving the airport.

Where Can I Store My Luggage If I Plan To Check Out On Wednesday?
If you are an attendee checking out on Wednesday and need a place to store your luggage until your departure, you can take your bags to the Miami Room within the conference area. This room is supervised by the bell services staff, ensuring your belongings are kept safe and secure. This storage will be open from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM on Wednesday, June 17th.

What Is The Registration Deadline?
When Is The Last Day To Book My Reservation Within The Conference Hotel Block?
The cutoff date for reserving a room within the conference hotel block is May 20, 2026 or until all rooms in the block are sold out, whichever comes first.
Why should I download the conference app?
The conference app is your main tool for navigating Scaling New Heights. Within the app, you will be able to:

- Receive conference updates and notifications
- Network with other conference attendees in the activity feed

App Contest

Who Should I Contact With Questions?
Will CPE Be Offered?
Up to 30 CPE credits will be available for Scaling New Heights attendees who attend with a full schedule.
CPE and CE credit will be granted to individuals who attend a session for a minimum of 50 minutes and ensure that your badge gets scanned when entering the door.
Note: CPE credit will not be granted for overlapping or simultaneous sessions. CPE and CE certificates will be emailed directly to attendees approximately two weeks after the conference ends.
Do Scaling New Heights attendees have access to the World Center Marriott Waterpark?
However, you can access the waterpark by paying an additional $17.00 per day/per room for the waterpark access. You can make this request upon check-in.
Will There Be An Option To Attend Virtually?
Will I Receive A Confirmation Of My Registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after you successfully register. You will also receive a second email with your receipt. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folders.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?
Scaling New Heights Cancellation Policy
Registration is refundable, less a nominal $50 administration fee until 2/28/26.
From 6/28/25 to 2/28/26, the registration is transferable to another accountant or bookkeeper with the administrative fee waived.
From 3/1/26 to 5/31/26, the registration may be transferred to another accountant or bookkeeper with an administrative fee of $100.
The registration is transferable inside the original purchaser's organization without the $100 fee until 06/01/26.

Will Scooters Be Available For Rent During The Conference?
There are local vendors who can assist you in accommodating your needs. Woodard does not provide Scooters or other assistance devices and is not affiliated with these companies:

Are meals provided during the conference?
Yes, meals are provided under the following conditions:
On Sunday morning, breakfast is provided to registrants of the annual Practice Advancement Breakfast (available to practicing accountants and bookkeepers only).
Monday through Wednesday, all conference participants will receive breakfast and lunch included with their conference registration.
Food is served buffet style.
For conference participants with special dietary concerns, there will be ingredient cards in front of each dish that notate the key ingredients of the dishes.
IMPORTANT:
We cannot guarantee our food choices provided to conference participants accommodate any specific health or religious needs/preferences. If the selections we provide at the conference are not suitable for you, we encourage you to explore the many dining opportunities in the hotel and surrounding area (see Dining Options in FAQ).
Food delivery apps like Grub Hub and Uber Eats may make local options more workable for you with your busy conference schedule.

The conference app will provide navigation features to help you easily find your way around the conference. Additionally, when you check in at the Marriott, you will receive a printed map of the resort to assist with your navigation.
