Jina Etienne is a Certified Diversity Executive® (CDE) and D&I consultant, coach and facilitator. Her work is centered on fearless inclusion, which is the freedom to be yourself and creating space for others to do the same. She believes being truly seen is the most daring thing you can do. She practices and teaches fearless inclusion to empower organizations and teams to cultivate workplace cultures where people differently, individual thinking has changed and connectivity boosts engagement, productivity and performance.

As a coach and facilitator, Jina creates training programs and workshops on leadership development, conscious communications, inclusive leadership, cultural awareness and inclusivity. Geni Whitehouse, CPA, CITP is a winery consultant at Brotemarkle Davis & Co. LLP (BDCo) in Napa Valley, helping wineries make sense of their numbers. She is the President of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA), an organization dedicated to excellence in accounting and technology. A former TEDxNapaValley speaker and coach, Geni is also the author of How to Make a Boring Subject Interesting: 52 Ways Even a Nerd Can Be Heard.

Her career spans roles as a CPA firm partner and a software executive with Sage, ACCPAC, and Navision, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of finance and technology. Known for her ability to simplify complex topics, Geni brings humor, clarity, and actionable insights to every audience she engages.

Brittany Brown is the Founder and CEO of LedgerGurus, an industry leading ecommerce accounting CAS and inventory implementation practice. She is a CPA and QuickBooks Pro Advisor certified in QuickBooks Online Advanced. She is the driving force behind her firm’s rapid growth and innovation, growing from 2 to over 65 employees in 10 years. Her team is entirely home based and embraces technology and cloud-based systems. LedgerGurus leads the way in ecommerce education and actively shares its expertise, creating over 130 video tutorials with a community of over 12,000 subscribers.

Brittany Brown is also the mother of 5. She prides herself on using both sides of her brain as artist and accountant both. She has survived high highs and low lows in her life and lived to tell about it. She believes that authenticity and periodic acts of courage are responsible for all her life success. When she’s not leading her company she is hiding in her car with a Dr Pepper or harassing her kids to clean something.

Hanna Bjornn is an accomplished product leader and strategist with 15 years of experience scaling product organizations and driving innovation through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

Hanna has a proven track record of developing data-driven product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, and effectively leverages Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions that accelerate growth and competitive advantage. She encourages an environment of cross-functional collaboration while empowering teams to build, iterate, and launch high-quality products aligned with strategic goals.

David serves as the Head of Enterprise at Xero, where he leads the Enterprise Accounts teams in driving cloud transformation for the nation’s largest accounting firms. David and his team partner with these top firms, offering strategic insights and personalized consulting to help them transition to modern cloud-based accounting practices, enhancing efficiency and innovation within their organizations.

With nearly two decades of experience prior to joining Xero, David was a co-managing partner at Emmerman, Boyle & Associates, LLC. There, he built a reputation for delivering exceptional accounting services to small businesses, leading his teams to create a premier client experience. His passion for integrating technology into accounting practices and his expertise in cloud solutions led him to Xero, where he initially served as a National Ambassador. In that role, he helped some of the industry’s leading firms adopt cloud technology and optimize practice management.

Ariege is General Manager of BILL's Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accountant businesses. A dynamic leader with over two decades of experience, she has a proven track record of driving growth and delivering innovative solutions for small and midsize businesses and accounting professionals. Joining BILL in late 2024, Ariege brings extensive experience in leading teams and transforming businesses, with a passion for empowering businesses through intelligent, automated financial solutions that free them to focus on what matters most.
Ariege joins BILL from Intuit, where she led several business segments, most recently the Accountant Segment within Intuit's® Small Business and Self-Employed Group. In this role, she served more than 700,000 accountants globally, helping firms embrace technology, better manage their practices, and become strategic advisors to their clients. Her prior experience includes product leadership roles at Redbox and PayCycle (acquired by Intuit). Ariege's career began in customer service at PayCycle, where her front-line experience shaped her approach to product and business leadership.

Sasha is the visionary founder and CEO of Puzzle, a generative accounting software designed for startups. With over two decades of experience in the fintech industry, he has a strong track record of founding and growing successful companies, including LendUp, a leading mobile lending platform in the U.S. His entrepreneurial ventures include founding Mission Lane and holding significant roles at major organizations like Citigroup, The World Bank, and Grameen, as well as startups such as Check (acquired by Intuit) and Ingenio (acquired by AT&T). Sasha is a respected advisor to numerous startups across diverse fintech sectors, including payments, lending, insurance, and infrastructure. Sasha resides in San Francisco with his wife and two children, actively contributing to the vibrant tech scene.

Sam is the Senior Director of Solution Consulting at Visory, where he leverages his extensive experience in sales, customer support, and technology strategy to develop tailored solutions for clients. Over the past nine years, he has played a pivotal role in leading Visory’s Sales and Customer Support teams, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges businesses face in managing their IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud adoption. Maanoj Shah is the Director of Growth Strategy and Alliance at Finsmart Accounting. With over 25 years of experience, he is a Chartered Accountant and a certified CISA professional. Maanoj has established his niche as an outsourcing expert, a People’s Champion, and a dynamic leader, with a focus on Business Strategy and scaling up.

At Finsmart Accounting, Maanoj has been instrumental in developing “Accounting Seat,” an Accounting as a Service Model (AaaS) tailored for accounting and CPA firms. The solution addresses capacity challenges faced by accounting firms in their scaling journey, providing them with a permanent solution.

Besides his professional ventures, Maanoj is committed to different social service projects. Val Steed graduated from Utah State University where he received both his Bachelors of Science (BS) in Accounting and his Masters of Accounting (MA).

After college, Val worked for Deloitte Haskins and Sells of Salt Lake City, Utah, and then with Hansen, Steed, Bradshaw & Malmrose P.C. of Salt Lake City. Val was with Hansen, Steed, Bradshaw & Malmrose P.C. for twelve years and was a shareholder for six years before leaving to start K2 Enterprises. In June 2019, Val joined Zoho Corporation as the Director Accountants. He has twelve years’ experience in public practice and has been involved with the accounting technology industry since 1985.
